🌐 DiffuLayer™ A Series Hydrophobic PVDF Membranes

📖 Product Description
The DiffuLayer™ A Series hydrophobic PVDF membranes are made from naturally hydrophobic polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) polymer, offering excellent chemical compatibility and mechanical strength. Their intrinsic hydrophobicity ensures stable performance during filtration without the need for additional hydrophobic treatment. These membranes are highly resistant to acidic solutions, organic solvents, mixed solvents, and chemical intermediates, while maintaining low protein adsorption, making them suitable for filtering liquids containing biological components. They also exhibit excellent heat resistance and oxidative stability, making them widely applicable in sterilizing filtration, gas venting, and pharmaceutical processes.

⚠️ Note: Not resistant to strong alkaline environments.

🌟 Product Advantages

  • Strong Chemical Compatibility: Suitable for a wide range of organic solvents and acidic systems.

  • Low Protein Adsorption: Preserves the integrity of bioactive components in samples.

  • Multiple Pore Sizes: Offers options for fine sterilization to general filtration.

  • Naturally Hydrophobic: Excellent liquid-gas separation performance without extra treatment.

  • Excellent Heat and Oxidative Resistance: Suitable for demanding operating conditions.

🔬 Applications

  • Organic solvent filtration

  • Sterilizing filtration

  • Gas venting and pressure equalization
