💧 DiffuLayer™ A Series Polypropylene (PP) Microporous Membrane

📘 Product Overview

The DiffuLayer™ A Series PP Microporous Membrane is made of food-grade isotactic polypropylene (PP) superfine fibers through a thermal bonding process, without any chemical additives. It is a depth-type filtration material with a uniform pore structure, high mechanical strength, and large porosity. The membrane provides excellent chemical resistance, thermal stability, and high flow rate, making it ideal for applications in pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, chemicals, food and beverage processing, and gas purification.

🌟 Key Features

  • Safe and Non-toxic: Made from high-purity polypropylene with no additives; suitable for pharmaceutical and food-grade use.

  • Excellent Chemical Resistance: Resistant to acids, alkalis, and most organic solvents (except benzene and xylene).

  • Superior Thermal Stability: Withstands autoclaving at 121°C for 30 minutes; normal operation ≤80°C (special grades up to 100°C).

  • Robust and Clean Structure: High mechanical strength; no fiber shedding or particle release, ensuring no secondary contamination.

  • Depth Filtration Efficiency: High porosity, fast flow rate, and low pressure drop—ideal for viscous or particulate-rich liquids.

  • Long Service Life: Backwashable and reusable; filtration precision improves over time.

  • Good Wettability: Suitable for both liquid and gas filtration; especially efficient in gas purification applications.
