🧪 DiffuLayer™ A Series Glass Fiber (GF) Filter Membrane
Product Overview
DiffuLayer™ A Series Glass Fiber Filter Membranes are made from 100% borosilicate glass fibers using a proprietary process. The unique capillary fiber network provides exceptionally high surface area, enabling the membrane to absorb more liquid than cellulose filters of equivalent thickness. The material is non-hygroscopic, biologically inert, and highly resistant to most chemicals (except hydrofluoric acid and concentrated acids/alkalis), offering outstanding performance across a wide range of filtration and analytical applications.
🌟 Key Features
Capillary fiber structure: Ensures high liquid absorption and particle capture efficiency, providing fast filtration speed and high flow rate.
Excellent chemical resistance: Stable against acids, alkalis, and most organic solvents.
High mechanical strength and thermal resistance: Suitable for continuous use up to 100°C.
Biological inertness and low background radioactivity: Ideal for radiological and biological analysis.
Transparency after processing: Can be rendered fully transparent for microscopic examination.
