The hydrophilic carbon paper obtained through pre oxidation at the scientific material station has a significantly increased BET surface area and overall battery performance. This series of hydrophilic carbon cloth has rich surface oxidation groups, making it more suitable for specific applications such as liquid flow batteries, batteries, material synthesis, etc.
