1. Introduction

PBI Copolymer Powder (MW 35,000) is a narrow range high molecular weight powdered polybenzimidazole designed for producing high strength films for application in Membrane Electrode, Assemblies for Fuel Cells, Flow Batteries, and Hydrogen Pumps.

These powders can be dissolved into highly polar solvents such as Dimethylacetamide (DMAc) or N-Methylpyrrolidone (NMP) or strong acids such as Sulfuric or Hydrochloric.
