The product is based on nanomaterials through the method of activated and doped with conductive factor to form a firm conducting layer on the nanopowder surface, thus giving the nanomaterial a durable conductivity. It is a non-toxic, tasteless, safety, and high-temperature resistant nanomaterial. Also, it is resistant to chemical corrosion, good stable conductivity and easily to be dispersed in the molten resin system and easily to be combined firmly with the synthetic textile.

Applications

1. Anti-static coating, anti-static fiber, anti-static plastic, antistatic materials, antistatic rubber;

2. Anti-static film and anti-static packaging materials;

3. Optical recording materials, magnetic recording materials and electromagnetic shielding materials;

4. Electronic photographic materials, electronic fax paper and electrostatic recording paper;

5. Circuit conductive adhesive.
Recommended Dosage
For anti-static fiber, plastics, packaging materials, building materials and paint, it is generally recommended to add 3% to 6%; for antistatic masterbatch, to add 12% to 15%. Note that there are vary for different systems with a minimum value, the user should experiment to determine the optimal dosage.
