🧪 Recommended Slurry & Electrode Preparation

✔ Typical Slurry Formulation (by weight):

ComponentRatioRole
LMFP Cathode Powder80–85%Active material
Conductive Additive (e.g., Super P)5–10%Improves conductivity
Binder (e.g., PVDF)5–10%Ensures adhesion
NMP SolventAs neededControls viscosity

📌 Suggested Workflow:

  1. Dissolve PVDF in NMP to form binder solution

  2. Gradually add LMFP powder and conductive agent while stirring

  3. Use high-shear mixing or planetary vacuum mixer for uniform dispersion

  4. Coat the slurry onto aluminum foil

  5. Dry at 80–120°C → Compact by roller → Final drying

  6. Cut to size as needed

Recommended operating environment: dry room or glovebox (dew point < -40℃)
Post-use: seal immediately to prevent moisture pickup
