Youveim® Aluminum Mesh (Expanded Diamond Mesh) · Youveim® Hydrophilic Aluminum Mesh (Expanded Diamond Mesh)
5052 Aluminum Alloy · Lightweight & High Strength · Expanded Metal Mesh
I. Product Introduction
Youveim® Aluminum Mesh (Expanded Diamond Mesh) is manufactured from 5052 aluminum alloy sheets through a stamping and stretching expansion process, forming a continuous, weld-free diamond-shaped mesh structure. The product features light weight, strong corrosion resistance, stable mechanical strength, and good plasticity. It is widely used in structural protection, architectural decoration, filtration and ventilation systems, and industrial equipment support.
5052 aluminum is a magnesium-containing anti-corrosion aluminum alloy with excellent corrosion resistance and good formability, making it suitable for humid environments and outdoor applications. The diamond mesh structure distributes stress evenly, provides strong structural integrity, and maintains good ventilation and light transmission performance.
Based on the standard version, Youveim® Hydrophilic Aluminum Mesh (Expanded Diamond Mesh) undergoes surface interface activation treatment to enhance wettability. This enables improved liquid spreading performance and makes it suitable for electrochemical systems, electrolysis applications, and liquid mass transfer enhancement structures.
