PRODUCT OVERVIEW

One-Piece Connection Options for Precision Research Fluidics

Select by interface, tubing, thread engagement, head geometry and available installation space.

CHZT Series PEEK fittings are intended for compact fluidic connections in laboratory instruments, analytical equipment, small reaction platforms and modular research systems. The one-piece format simplifies component identification and installation, which is useful in experimental setups that are frequently assembled, adjusted or reconfigured.

Different models are distinguished primarily by head geometry and installation method. Large round heads provide a larger manual operating surface; small round and flat heads suit restricted spaces; knurled heads improve manual grip; and external-hex tapered versions support tool-assisted installation where access permits.

CHZT-1604 uses an extended-thread design for positions requiring greater effective thread engagement or installation depth. CHZT-1610 and CHZT-1611 both use external-hex tapered geometries, but their exact interface and dimensional differences should be confirmed against the required specification before ordering.

For multi-outlet distribution, special interfaces, non-standard thread length or instrument-specific integration, custom configurations can be discussed using interface dimensions, drawings, available envelope and flow-path requirements.

INTERFACE GUIDE

Interface & Selection Checklist

Do not select only by appearance—confirm the connection system as a whole.
01 · TUBINGConfirm Connected Tubing

Verify tubing outside diameter, tubing material and connection position before selecting a fitting.

02 · EQUIPMENT INTERFACEConfirm Port Geometry

Different instruments and fluidic modules may use different threads and interface forms; verify the exact port specification before ordering.

03 · INSTALLATION SPACEChoose Head Geometry by Clearance

Small round or flat heads are useful in compact spaces; external-hex tapered designs are relevant where tool-assisted installation is required.

04 · INSTALLATION DEPTHCheck Effective Thread Length

If a standard fitting cannot reach the required engagement depth, review the CHZT-1604 extended-thread configuration.

05 · OPERATING METHODManual or Tool-Assisted

Round and knurled heads are suited to frequent manual handling, while external-hex versions support tool access.

06 · NON-STANDARD FLOW PATHProvide Requirements Early

For multi-port distribution, special threads, unusual heads or equipment-specific structures, provide a drawing or dimensional information.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the main difference between CHZT-1602 and CHZT-1603?

Both are one-piece round-head fittings. CHZT-1602 uses a larger round head, while CHZT-1603 uses a smaller round head. Final selection should also consider the equipment interface and available installation space.

Why are CHZT-1610 and CHZT-1611 both described as external-hex tapered fittings?

Both models belong to the same geometry family but represent different specifications. Exact dimensional and interface differences should be confirmed for the required model before ordering.

Which models should I consider for a compact installation?

CHZT-1603 small round-head and CHZT-1605 flat-head configurations are useful starting points, while the actual interface and surrounding clearance still need to be verified.

Which structures are convenient for frequent manual disassembly?

Round-head and knurled geometries are generally easier to handle manually. CHZT-1602, CHZT-1603 and CHZT-1606 are useful models to compare when operating space permits.

Can special thread lengths or special interfaces be supplied?

Custom configurations can be reviewed. Please provide interface dimensions, tubing specification, thread information, envelope limitations or a structure drawing.

Can multi-outlet distribution structures be customized?

A 1-in / 6-out custom configuration is included in the current range. Other inlet/outlet arrangements can be discussed based on the required experimental flow path.

What information should I provide if I do not know the model?

Provide the equipment model, existing fitting photo, port photo, tubing outside diameter and installation-area photo whenever available. This helps narrow the model and interface requirements.
