Selection Guide

Selection Method

① Confirm Outer Diameter FirstWhen fittings or instrument ports are already defined, choose the required 1/32, 1/16, or 1/8 in OD first to avoid interface mismatch.
② Then Confirm Inner DiameterID determines the flow path. Smaller IDs suit precision analytical fluidics, while larger IDs support higher-flow connections.
③ Select the Color / AppearanceNatural tubing suits routine connections, color-coded versions simplify multi-channel identification, and transparent versions support visual inspection.
Applications

FAQ

FAQ

Do 1/16 in, 1/32 in, and 1/8 in refer to ID or OD?

Here, 1/32, 1/16, and 1/8 in refer to OD series of approximately 0.8, 1.6, and 3.2 mm. ID must be confirmed separately.

How should I choose color-coded tubing?

Color-coded versions are primarily for fluidic-line identification. Red, yellow, blue, black, orange, and green options can be selected according to ID and your system labeling scheme.

Why are natural, color-coded, and transparent versions available for the same ID?

The same ID may be available in different appearances to support routine connections, multi-channel identification, or visual inspection.

Can I use the selector to narrow the available specifications?

Yes. OD, ID range, and color can be combined to narrow the available tubing specifications.

How should I interpret the inch references?

Use the inch reference together with the metric ID and OD when confirming the required interface.
