Fluoropolymer tubing for laboratory fluidics, analytical instruments, reagent transfer, gas/liquid transport, microfluidic peripheral connections, and research system plumbing. Available in transparent FEP and milky-white PTFE across 18 practical ID/OD combinations, allowing selection by interface size, flow path, and whether visual inspection of the fluid is required.
Specifications are organized as Inner Diameter (ID) × Outer Diameter (OD), making it easy to select by interface size, required flow path, visibility needs, and available installation space.
The series covers 0.5–4.35 mm ID and 1.6–6.35 mm OD. Smaller IDs support compact and fine-flow connections, 1.5–2.0 mm IDs cover many routine laboratory fluidic tasks, and 3.2 mm and larger IDs suit higher-throughput research equipment and peripheral lines. Always verify tubing OD against fittings, ferrules, valves, and sealing structures before use.
Transparent FEP and milky-white PTFE provide two material options for fluidic systems with different visibility requirements.
Covers small, standard, and larger flow paths for flexible research-system configuration.
Select directly by ID and OD, with calculated single-wall thickness shown for comparison.
Can be integrated with fittings, valves, pumps, and other research fluidic components.
Filter the complete specification table below by material and ID range to quickly narrow the available tubing sizes.

Choose transparent FEP when direct observation of liquid, bubbles, or flow is important. If visibility is not required, PTFE can be selected based on interface size and application requirements.
This page uses ID × OD. Therefore, 1.6 × 3.2 mm means 1.6 mm inner diameter and 3.2 mm outer diameter.
OD usually determines compatibility with fittings, ferrules, seals, valves, and instrument ports, so tubing should not be selected by ID alone.
Single-wall thickness is calculated as (OD − ID) / 2 and is provided for structural comparison between sizes.
Send the required material, ID, OD, quantity, length, fluid/medium, and interface information for further review by our sales and technical team.
