Omnidirectional Planetary Ball Mill (D Series) Introduction:

The omnidirectional planetary ball mill is based on the vertical planetary ball mill, and adds the function of turning the planetary disc. While the planetary disc and the ball mill jar are doing planetary motion, they can also do 360° bucket turning in a three-dimensional space to realize the ball mill. The multi-dimensional and multi-directional movement of the tank improves the degree of disordered movement of the grinding balls and materials. The whole material is ground in 360 degrees in the grinding tank, which makes the ground material more even and fine, and can solve the problem of some materials sinking to the bottom and sticking to the tank.

Omnidirectional Planetary Ball Mill (D Series) Application:

All-round planetary ball mill is widely used in geology, mining, metallurgy, electronics, building materials, ceramics, chemical industry, light industry, medicine, environmental protection and other departments, suitable for electronic ceramics, structural ceramics, magnetic materials, lithium cobaltate, lithium manganate, Catalysts, phosphors, long afterglow luminescent powders, rare earth polishing powders, electronic glass powders, fuel cells, zinc oxide varistors, piezoelectric ceramics, nanomaterials, wafer ceramic capacitors, MLCCs, thermistors (PTC, NTC), ZnO varistor, dielectric ceramics, alumina ceramics, zirconia ceramics, phosphors, zinc oxide powder, cobalt oxide powder, Ni-Zn ferrite, Mn-Zn ferrite and other products.

Omnidirectional Planetary Ball Mill (D Series) Features:

The professional appearance design and industrial shape of the equipment shell, lean manufacturing, exquisite and fine; the machined parts adopt CNC machining technology, and the transmission gears are made of special materials and precision gears to ensure stable, safe and low noise when the equipment runs at high speed; the turning motor has a brake lock It is safe and reliable.
