The electrolytic cell realizes atmosphere protection by adding valves and aeration devices, and the valve connected with the aeration device is the direction of air intake. The electrolytic cell is an absolutely sealed system, which can be evacuated through the valve (less than -100Kpa). The electrolytic cell can be slightly pressurized. For safety reasons, the pressure should not be greater than 0.5MPa. Due to process limitations, the inner glass of the double-layer electrolytic cell is relatively weak, so pressurization is prohibited. The electrodes of this electrolytic cell must be customized to match the electrolytic cell. The electrode part of the electrolytic cell realizes the internal insertion and removal of the electrode through the earphone jack on the cover, so that the electrode system can be absolutely sealed. The cathode chamber and the anode chamber of the electrolytic cell are isolated by an ion membrane, and the two chambers are sealed and connected by a chain, which is convenient for replacing the diaphragm reference electrode and the working electrode in the same chamber, effectively reducing the R drop. The inner core of the electrolytic cell is made of 360-degree rotating Teflon, so that the electrodes correspond to the light window accurately, and the outer cover of POM material is tightened to seal. The electrolytic cell is equipped with an aeration device that can ventilate under the liquid surface, and different shapes of aeration devices are selected for the atmosphere according to different experiments.
