Our Wet Proofed Carbon Paper with an 80wt% Teflon (PTFE) coating, also known as Teflon impregnated carbon paper skeleton gas diffusion layer, is designed for superior hydrophobicity and durability, tailored for applications demanding effective moisture control, gas permeability, and robust performance. This carbon paper serves as an advanced gas diffusion layer (GDL) in electrochemical applications such as CO₂ reduction reaction (CO₂RR), electrolysis, batteries, and fuel cells.

  1. High Teflon Content (80wt%)

    • The carbon paper is treated with 80wt% Teflon, providing enhanced hydrophobic properties. This prevents water retention and supports high gas permeability, reducing the risk of flooding and improving the stability and efficiency of the system.
